A decade later

Britney started off the decade on top of the world. Her sophomore album Oops I Did It Again, sold over a million copies in its first week of release in 2000. After a break up with Justin Timberlake and a two-day marriage to a childhood friend in Vegas, things came crashing down for the pop queen. Within the last two years, the once-innocent teen queen has been divorced, lost custody of her children, and been placed in involuntary psychiatric hold twice. While some say the star has made her comeback with her successful 'Circus' tour and a new man by her side, the image of the star shaving her head is a hard one to forget.
